With counselors having high caseloads and often rushing to complete plans by their due date, the quality can often fall short. Remembering that the treatment plan is the blueprint for one’s recovery, and that it can be viewed by the patient, management, peers, and outside agencies, it is of utmost importance that these plans are well written and include all required data.
